How long does it take to customize a medal?
Sample time: 5-7 days, mass order time: 12-15 days
Should I pay mold cost again once I re-order same design?
Often there is NO mold FEE –
No Additional Mold Cost – Many manufacturers keep the mold for a set period (e.g., 1–2 years) and allow reorders without charging a new mold fee.
Storage Fee or Reuse Fee – Some manufacturers charge a small fee to maintain or reuse the mold after a certain period.
New Mold Cost Required – If the mold is damaged, lost, or past the storage period, you may need to pay for a new one.
