What is the lead time for a custom medal?
Generally, production takes 12–15 days depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity. If you have a tight deadline for an event, please let us know; we offer expedited services to meet your schedule.
Do I need to pay the mold fee again for a re-order?
No. We securely store your custom molds in our Shenzhen facility for up to 3 years. As long as the design remains the same, you will not be charged a mold fee for any re-orders during this period.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
To support businesses of all sizes, our MOQ is flexible. For most custom medals and pins, it is 50–100 pieces. However, we are happy to discuss smaller quantities for special commemorative projects.
